Every day, I'm amazed by my body's incredible capacity for healing. It has not been a linear journey, and it's far from perfect. Some days, symptoms flare up, the intensity varies and others bring noticeable improvements. But through it all, I've learned to partner with my body. To honor and listen to her, trusting that it knows how to heal and is working tirelessly for me. I’ve evolved in my response also: instead of panicking when symptoms worsen like I did in the beginning, I have shifted my perspective and embrace them as signals. They tell me whether I'm on the right track or if it's time to explore new therapies.
In the past, I would focus solely on one issue, learn all I could about it then inundate it with the remedy. However, as I improved that issue, other conditions elsewhere would flare up or remain stagnant. It felt like the amusement park game whack-a-mole.
That taught me a valuable lesson: it's never just one thing. In illness or wellness, the body is interconnected and relies on cooperation between different areas of the body in order to function and thrive. Integrated healing occurs when the body as a whole is addressed.
Now, I don't put all my eggs in one basket. I explore a variety of healing modalities simultaneously, casting a wider net to support my golden glow. I’ll still include a focus on my most pressing health issue, but also make sure I keep my drainage pathways open so my body can remove the waste products that can slow down healing. If I am tired, rather than fighting it, I’ll take a little nap if my circumstances allow. If I have energy, I’ll do a workout. If taking a supplement makes me feel sick, I’ll adjust and try it with food, or separately from others.
And this approach has brought me back to a place I never thought possible – ON THE SLOPES!
The joy of being on the mountain is amazing! Feeling the crisp, fresh air on my face, feeling well enough to ski again... it's beyond exciting. The swish of my skis, the satisfying crunch of the snow beneath them, the warm sun on my skin, the invigorating cold air... it's all so exhilarating and freeing. It's a reminder of the power of nature, the beauty of the mountains, and the resilience of my own body. This is more than just skiing; it's a reconnection with myself, with the world around me, and with the pure, unadulterated joy of being alive.
So, for this Golden Glow Sunday, what will bring you closer to fulfilling the unimaginable?
It's not a one-size-fits-all answer, but for me, it's about patience and hope. Patience to accept my healing journey, patience to honor my body’s wisdom, plus diligently working until I return to optimal health without quitting. I can once again trust my body to handle a vigorous sport like skiing. I can enjoy the gift of rediscovering the joy that movement brings. It's about recognizing that healing isn't linear, it’s circular. Setbacks can be seen as an opportunity for growth. As you take several paths to healing, you are healing yourself as a whole person, not only one area of your body.
Perhaps for you, it's something entirely different. Maybe it's quiet reflection, creative expression, connecting with loved ones, or taking a leap of faith. Whatever it is, this Golden Glow Sunday, I encourage you to listen to your inner voice, nurture your spirit, and take that next step, however small, toward the unimaginable. Because within each of us lies the potential for extraordinary things, waiting to be unleashed.

Do you wake up each day to find new “fun” symptoms your body has developed overnight? Are these symptoms so nonspecific that your doctor brushes them off or chalks them up to stress? If this sounds all too familiar, you’re not alone. You’ve likely tried everything—changing your diet, exercising more, even giving trendy detoxes a shot—but nothing seems to stick.
What if the answer lies in something you can't see?
Parasites, often an overlooked root cause of various health problems, are particularly common in individuals with mold exposure. They can contribute to a wide range of symptoms, some of which may mimic other conditions. If you're experiencing persistent, unexplained symptoms, it's worth exploring the possibility of a parasitic infection.

To enhance your golden glow, consider incorporating these supplements and/or practices into your routine.
Spermidine Life: offers a nutritional supplement rich in spermidine, a compound that supports autophagy, our body's natural cellular renewal process. This supplement can be beneficial for conditions like long COVID and other viral illnesses.
Infrared Light Therapy: uses specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to penetrate deep into tissues, boosting cellular energy production (ATP), reducing inflammation, and promoting tissue repair. This therapy can counter the effects of oxidative stress caused by factors like pollution, radiation, and cigarette smoke.
Bioresonance Frequency Therapy is an alternative approach that aims to address health issues, including parasitic infections. By utilizing specific frequencies, this method seeks to disrupt the energetic patterns of parasites, potentially weakening their hold on the body.
It's wonderful to read that you are skiing! Happy for you!
