Mother's Day is a beautiful occasion to celebrate and be celebrated. But beyond the flowers and brunch, why not gift yourself something truly transformative: a radiant glow that starts from within.

How many of you are still doing things for your family today on this one day of the year that is a holiday?
Let’s face it, if you have kids at home, it still fully isn’t. Banks may be closed but the kids’ sports and activities are still on. Many of you may still cook and do the dishes. Because moms have so much love to give, you are doing it with a smile.
But that doesn’t mean you should shy away from “Carpe Diem” - or Seize the Day- YOUR DAY- TODAY!
Try doing something that you didn’t plan and do it because you feel like it!
Feel the freedom and take a break from your routine. That in itself is a huge stress reliever.
1. Embrace the Power of Epsom Salt Baths
Indulge in and allow the power of epsom salt baths to work their magic on your body while you have your mental getaway.
Since the skin is the largest organ in your body, this bath serves as another drainage pathway for your golden glow.

STEP 1: GATHER:
Music that delights or relaxes you (or a podcast, book on tape)
Your fluffiest towels (If your kids want to help make your experience divine, you can ask them to pop them in the dryer and then store them, hot and fluffy, in one of your coolers or cooler bags to keep them warm!)
A candle
A drink of whatever you feel like
Flower petals (optional and if you received an arrangement!)
An eye mask or bath pillow, or whatever makes you feel extra feminine and relaxed
STEP 2: GOLDEN GLOW BEAUTIFYING BATH HOW TO:
Make the water very hot, as hot as you can stand without burning yourself! You want to SWEAT
Add 3 cups Epsom salts
1 cup baking soda (aluminum free)
Place dry ingredients in a glass jar. When ready to take a bath, add 1 cup of these dry ingredients.
Fill bath as high as you can
Add 40 drops of essential oil, such as lavender by DoTerra
Soak for 20-40 minutes beginning with 20 minutes and increasing as tolerated.
